Historical restoration of Lake Forest Train Station
Project included stripping, cleaning, replacing and repainting all wood members. Repaired and/or replaced stone masonry with new mortar joints throughout. Refinished all windows and existing hardware where viable and/or replaced with like items.

WINNETKA REINFORCED FLOOR REPLACEMENT
Removed 65-year old structurally dilapidated concrete floor in Winnetka's Public Works municipal truck storage facility. Installed 330 tons of CA-6 backfill, 42 tons of epoxy coated rebar and 124 lineal feet of heavy duty trench drain. Later poured 11,000 sq.’ of 10” thick concrete slab (450 cubic yards).

Removed front entry concrete and asphalt circle drive to reestablish proper ADA slopes. Re-poured concrete walks and re-paved approximately 7,000 sq. feet of new drive.

Demolished existing 2,500 sq.’ concrete entry sidewalk and hauled debris away. Reworked layout. Formed and poured new concrete sidewalk.
